We had so many recommendations from friends, but most were recommendations of people they knew as agents. We then decided to go with someone who actually experienced home-buying with their agent. We were very nitpicky about what we wanted for our family. Nicole was very patient with us and booked all of the showings that we requested even though some of the listings did not meet our criteria, BUT she booked them anyway. As COVID hit, many listings were taken off the market, which made my husband and me panic a bit, and we were ready to settle for anything at the moment. Nicole knew what our expectations were and did not let us settle for anything less! She guided us through the whole process and answered any questions that we had.
